The entire process was faultless and was professionally delivered within the appropriate timescales.
I conducted two shadowing exercises with the stock condition surveyors and their level of knowledge and experience in relation to Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) were flawless. Our experience using JMP to carry out our stock condition survey to 40% of our stock was a very positive one from the outset.
