We have now completed 2,329 EPCs for Trust HA in properties as far reaching as Kinclochbervie in the far North West tip of the Scottish mainland to Stranraer, down in Dumfries and Galloway and the Isle of Arran. Their stock and tenant profile means that each visit has to be pre-arranged and managed to minimize disruption, to ensure access and to maximise efficiencies and the relationship we have built up over the last 14 years with tenants, wardens, property managers and staff has been the cornerstone of our continuous engagement.

We have provided advice and support to Trust over this time to investigate energy efficiency  improvement measures and have taken the knowledge, expertise and experience gained to other customers.
