Glen Oaks Housing Association have appointed us to undertake a stock condition survey of a sample of their properties every year for the next three years. We have worked with Glen Oaks for a number of years providing contract procurement services and these surveys enhance our offering and reinforce the trust and confidence Glen Oaks have in the quality of service we provide.

In addition to the surveys, Glen Oaks have also taken out a three year licence for HUB which will provide their asset management service and support the short, medium and long term financial planning.
