We started undertaking Drone Surveys as a natural progression and enhancement to our stock condition survey work but the quality of information we can provide has resulted in our services being utilized as a stand alone process. Our in-house, qualified, commercial drone pilot is able to capture high resolution images and footage of places that would hitherto have been impractical, unsafe or uneconomic to access by any other means and the process is unobtrusive, quick and can be targeted to the specific needs of the end user.

Our drone pilot is also a Senior Building Surveyor and so this technical knowledge ensures that defects, areas of concern and of interest are not only captured by the camera but the information is reviewed and reported on to a high level of detail by someone with an extensive understanding of building technology.
