Delighted to confirm that we have been appointed to undertake a sample stock condition survey for Blochairn Housing Association based in the North East of Glasgow.

The survey will include the assessment of the condition of all internal and external building elements, compliance with SHQS and the production of detailed 30 year cost projections. The survey will be carried out using our own data capture software HUB Surveyor and the analysis and outputs will be generated through HUB Manager
