We provided full Quantity Surveying services for the extension and interior remodelling of an existing village pub in the small town of Banton to provide a much needed community-run facility containing a cafe, restaurant, shop and bar.  The project provides a focal point for village life, ensuring a meeting place for adults and young people, and delivering services for and by the community itself.  The project won the Scottish Civic Trust MyPlace Sustainability Award 2021.
